Customers are encouraged to inspect all images and ask any questions before purchasing.

3. Warranty

Unless specifically stated in the product listing or invoice, used bicycles sold by us are supplied without warranty or guarantee. Any warranty offered will be clearly stated in writing at the point of sale and applies only to the original purchaser. Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, modifications, water ingress, racing use, commercial use, or battery degradation are not covered under any warranty.

4. E-Bike Batteries & Electronics

E-bike batteries naturally degrade over time and capacity loss is considered normal wear. Unless specifically stated: We do not guarantee exact battery range We do not guarantee original battery capacity percentage Diagnostic mileage readings may vary slightly Software updates or manufacturer support may change after purchase Customers are responsible for following all manufacturer charging and storage guidance.

5. Safety & Servicing

Customers are responsible for ensuring the bicycle is safe and suitable for their intended use after purchase. We strongly recommend: A professional inspection after delivery Routine servicing Regular maintenance checks Failure to maintain the bike correctly may result in component failure or injury.

6. Test Rides

Any customer test riding a bicycle does so entirely at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for: Injury Damage Loss Accidents occurring during test rides We reserve the right to request proof of identity before any test ride.

7. Returns

Due to the nature of used bicycles, returns are accepted only where: The item is significantly not as described The item arrives damaged in transit We have agreed to the return in writing Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any issues. Returned items must be: In the same condition supplied Unmodified Returned with all supplied accessories Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless agreed otherwise.

8. Deposits

Deposits placed on bicycles are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to retain deposits for cancelled orders or failure to complete collection/payment arrangements.

9. Ownership

Ownership of goods remains with us until full payment has been received and cleared.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss We shall not be liable for loss of income, profits, or business Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item Nothing within these terms excludes statutory consumer rights under UK law.

11. Delivery & Collection

Customers are responsible for checking the bicycle upon delivery or collection. Risk transfers to the customer once the bicycle has been delivered or collected. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

12. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to: Refuse sales Cancel transactions Request identification Refuse suspicious payment methods Where fraud is suspected, information may be shared with relevant authorities.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. E-Bike Motors & Drivetrain

E-bike motors and electrical drive systems are mechanical and electronic components subject to wear through normal use.

Due to the nature of used electric bicycles:

  • We cannot guarantee the future lifespan of any motor, bearing, sensor, display unit, controller, or electrical component

  • Motor noise, vibration, and wear levels may vary between bikes

  • Future component failure may occur without warning

  • Software compatibility and manufacturer support may change over time

Unless specifically stated in writing, no warranty is provided on:

  • Motors

  • Bearings

  • Internal gears

  • Electrical systems

  • Displays

  • Wiring

  • Sensors

  • Controllers

  • Charging systems

Customers acknowledge that used e-bike motors may require future servicing, repair, or replacement at the owner’s expense.

Any mileage figures displayed by the bike are based on onboard diagnostics and cannot always be guaranteed as completely accurate.
